FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Internet Nebraska Purchases Central Nebraska Provider

Thursday, January 28, 2000
Lincoln, Nebraska

Internet Nebraska Corporation today announced its acquisition of Business
Internet Tech Systems, a division of BTS, Inc., headquartered in Grand
Island, with a branch office in North Platte. "BITS is our first purchase
of another organization this year," said Eric Erlandson, Internet Nebraska
Vice-President. "We chose BITS not only for its preeminence in the Grand
Island and North Platte communities, but because it is similar to Internet
Nebraska in providing high-speed access and terrific technical support at
affordable prices."

Internet Nebraska will offer its full range of services to BITS customers,
including dialup and dedicated Internet access, World-Wide-Web hosting and
design, and network development, for individuals, schools, and businesses,
as well as e-commerce solutions. "JoAnne Hoatson will represent us in the
North Platte area, and we're very excited to bring someone on board with
such a terrific reputation already established in her community," said
Erlandson.

Internet Nebraska began service in Lincoln in 1994 and is Nebraska's
oldest and largest provider of dialup Internet access. BITS was
established in 1995 by Stan Mallory, president of BTS, Inc. since 1984 and
long-time dealer in telephone systems throughout Nebraska. With its
acquisition of BITS, Internet Nebraska now serves more than 200 cities in
four states. Internet Nebraska's homepage is "http://www.inebraska.com"
